Avocet is a parkland-style layout along a mix of narrow and wide fairways with water in play on 11 holes and a generous amount of sand bunkers scattered about. The Avocet is 7,127 yards from the tips, 74.5/132, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Jeff Brauer and Larry Nelson. The Hummingbird course is a parkland layout with water in play on every hole over relatively level topography. It's 3,048 yards, 34.4/122, course/slope from the tips with three shorter tees, designed by Willard Byrd.
