Laurel Lane is 30 minutes south of Providence off I-95 at Kingstown to the east within a natural, forest setting on the east side of the Usquepaug River.

The layout is a traditional design along isolated, narrow and broad, tree lined fairways with sand bunkers defending numerous greens and fairway landing zones, several water hazards in play with forced carries, and mid-sized greens. It was designed by Richard Holley in the early 1960s with three sets of tees, the tips play to 6,177 yards, 69.1/124, course/slope ratings and a par of 71.
