Fenner Hill is 30 minutes south of Providence just off I-95 at exit 2 bordering the interstate on the north side.

The golf course is a parkland design rambling through broad, tree lined fairways over hilly terrain along rock outcroppings, stone walls, and ponds with an exaggerated emphasis on massive sand traps. The layout was designed by Ron and Dennis Levesque and from the tips can play to 6,636 yards, 71.8/134, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees down to 5,112 yards.
