The Preserve at Verdae adjoins the Embassy Suites just off either I-85 or I-385 on the southeast side of Greenville.

The golf course is a hilly, parkland layout winding along narrow, tree lined fairways over rolling contours. There's numerous streams and ponds in play in addition to a variety of shapes and sizes of sand traps along the fairways and greens. There's five sets of tees overall from 5,022 yards to 7,021 yards at the tips with the middle tees playing to 6,180 yards, 69.6/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Willard Byrd.
