Ocotillo is on the south side of Chandler 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport off I-10 at the Queen Creek Road to the east.

The golf course winds through a residential development and is a traditional, parkland layout with native trees defining the broad fairway borders. Water hazards dominate the layout running the length of numerous fairways and greens and featuring an island green as well. There's a combination of fingered conventional sand traps and pot bunkers dispersed along the fairways and defending the greens of various configurations. There's four sets of tees overall with the tips playing to 6,782 yards, 72.2/133, course/slope ratings, designed by Ted Robinson.
