Both layouts wind through an upscale residential development over slightly rolling topography along fairways lined with trees and homes.
The Jamestown course has five sets of tees from 5,105 yards to 6,953 yards, 73.2/131, course/slope ratings from the back tees, a Nicklaus Design Group layout. Yorktown has five sets of tees from 4,853 yards to 7,018 yards, 73.4/138, course/slope ratings from the back tees, a Tom Clark Design.
