Tregaron is south of Omaha in Bellevue on the west side of Offutt AFB at Fairview Road off Route 75.

The golf course is an open, links-style design over mounded fairways through a residential community. It's a straightforward layout and challenging with wetlands, creeks, and lakes in play on half the holes, pot and conventional sand bunkers at the landing areas and guarding the greens, and a few forced carries on the tee ball depending on the tee box you play. The course was designed by Craig Schreiner and plays to 6,508 yards, par 71, 72.3/131, course/slope ratings from the back tees with three shorter tees.
