The Signature is on the Treetops North property in the Gaylord area.

Signature is over similar terrain as the balance of the layouts at Treetops in the Pigeon River Valley with elevation changes along tree lined fairways that for the most part provide ample room off the tee. The layout is an interesting mix of holes with elevated tees to sunken fairways, 126 sand bunkers, one water hazard, and well guarded greens. The course is 6,653 yards, par 70, 72.6/136, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees, designed by Rick Smith.
