The Treetops' Premier was designed by Tom Fazio.

The golf course is an interesting, engaging design that moves through rolling tree-lined fairways with several dramatic elevation changes. There are 76 pot and conventional sand bunkers, numerous slight doglegs, and one water hazard. The fairways slope toward the middle, correcting the slightly errant tee ball. There are four sets of tees from 5,039 yards to 6,832 yards at the tips, with course/slope ratings of 73.6/134.
