Tiburon is a 36-hole layout located in a real estate development just west of I-75 between Pine Ridge and Immokalee Roads.

The Gold course is an interesting resort layout providing substantial character with various design elements, including sod-wall bunkers, coquina waste areas, and numerous risk/reward opportunities. A generous number of conventional and waste bunkers defend the greens and border the landing zones, and water hazards are on every hole. It plays to 7,271 yards from the tips, 74.9/137 course/slope ratings with four shorter tee boxes, designed by Greg Norman.

The Black course is a strategic layout where placement off the tee and the approach to the modest greens are paramount. The fairways are bordered by tall pines and native, moss-draped oaks, coquina waste areas, and deep-faced conventional sand bunkers with wetlands and ponds in play on all the holes. There are five sets of tees overall. It plays to 6,949 yards from the tips, 74.0/145 course/slope ratings, and it was designed by Norman as well.
