The Trophy Club is located northwest of Indianapolis just off I-65 near Lebanon between exits 141 and 146 to the west.

The course is a wide open, links style layout over slightly undulating terrain with Prairie Creek traversing the routing from north to south in addition to three ponds. The broad fairways are bordered by tall fescue grasses with an abundance and variety of sand bunkers at the fairways' landing zones and defending the generous, contoured greens. From the tips the course plays to 7,280 yards, 75.3/138, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Tim Liddy.
