The Golf Club of Indiana is located in southern Boone County near Zionsville off I-65 at exit 130 to the west about 30 minutes from the Indianapolis airport.

The layout provides a blend of broad and narrow, tree lined fairways over generally level terrain. There's water hazards in play on 15 holes and 72 bunkers littering the landing areas and securing the greens. It measures 7,151 yards from the back tees, 74.3/135, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Mickey Powell and Charles Maddox.
