Stonebridge is on the southwest side of Monroe off Waxhaw Highway within a residential community with most of the holes cut through a heavy forest.

The course is a combination links/parkland style layout providing interesting and unique holes throughout as it moves over level terrain. The layout has a blend of open and tree lined fairways with multiple water hazards in play and an assortment of sizes and shapes of sand traps through the landing zones and greenside. There's four sets of tees from 5,145 to 6,963 yards, the Member tees are 6,431 yards, 70.2/126 course and slope ratings, designed by Richard Osborne.
