Stone Mountain is northeast of Atlanta off the Stone Mountain Freeway, with two 18-hole, championship courses in the shadow of Stone Mountain.

The Lakemont Course's front nine meanders around Stone Mountain Lake with the big rock as a background and five holes where water is in play. The back nine is away from the lake on the inside of the park along tree-lined, rolling, and mounded fairways with water hazards on three holes. It was designed by John LaFoy, and from the blue tees is 6,444 yards, 71.5/134 course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.

Stonemont is a shot maker's parkland layout with sand bunkers along the narrow, tree-lined fairways leading to pinched approaches to the modest greens, well defended by fingered sand bunkers. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and plays to 6,863 yards, 73.7/132, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees.
