Saddlebrook Golf Resort is in the northeast Tampa area off I-75 at Wesley Chapel to the east.

There are 27 holes with the Oak, Pines, and Cypress layouts condensed from two 18-hole layouts. The initial courses were designed by Dean Refram and Arnold Palmer, with a redesign by Rees Jones. The Oak Nine is a more traditional parkland layout along narrow, oak tree-lined fairways. The Pine is over slightly rolling terrain, with corridors framed by pines and numerous water hazards. Cypress winds through native Florida cypress and wetland areas over mounded and rolling fairways.
