Rock Manor is a classic layout from the early 1920s located just off I-95 in north Wilmington at the Concord Pike.

The layout is a parkland style design along tree lined fairways with sand bunkers lining the fairways and defending the greens as the dominant feature. There's a stream traversing the eastern border along with several wetland areas and a pond, otherwise it's generally straightforward. It plays to 6,405 yards with a 125 slope at the tips, the white tees are 5,980 yards, 68.6/120 course/slope ratings, redesigned by Lester George.
