Quail Run is 25 miles south of Bend off US 97 to the west in La Pine on the west side of the Deschutes River.

The course was dropped in on a large tract of land over unique and isolated fairways lined by pine trees and native grasses with Mt. Bachelor and Broken Top to the west and the Blue Mountains in the distance to the east as a backdrop. There's a generous amount of sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens along with multiple ponds impacting play. It's 6,897 yards from the back tees, 73.4/137, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Jim Ramey.
