Peek'n Peak is located in Findley Lake in the southwestern corner of New York about an hour and 40 minutes from Buffalo and 30 minutes from Jamestown.

The Upper Course journeys over a large tract of land on the hillsides overlooking the Lake with varying degrees of elevation change along unique, isolated fairways. There's several water hazards in play and a generous amount of sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens of varying shapes. It was designed by John Exley and plays to 7,061 yards, 73.7/137, course/slope ratings from the championship tees.
