Overlook is northwest of Boston by an hour in Hollis off the Everett Turnpike on the southwest side of Nashua.

The layout was laid into a bend in the Nashua River along fairway corridors of mature hardwoods and pine trees over rolling terrain. There's water hazards on half the holes and a generous amount of sand bunkers virtually surrounding most greens and occasionally along the fairway landing zone. The course was designed by David Friel in the late 1980s and is a par-71, 6,624 yards, 70.1/126, course/slope ratings from the Blue tees with three shorter tees.
