Otter Creek Golf Course is a municipal golf course north of Des Moines in Ankeny bordering I-35 on the northwest corner at the 36th Street Exit.

The layout is a links-style, layout with stands of trees at the borders wandering through a residential development with water hazards in play on over half the holes, almost 50 sand bunkers along the fairways and greens, and tall fescue grasses and mounding framing the fairways. There's four sets of tees with the tips at 6,895 yards, 73.7/126, course/slope ratings, originally designed by Donald Ripple in the early 1980s with a redesign by Paul Miller in 2008.
