Mactown is a municipal golf course in the Winnebago County Forest Preserve located just south of the Wisconsin state line in Rockton off I-39 at exit 3.

It's pure golf in a rural setting on the south side of the Rock River along confining, tree lined fairways with several water hazards, minimal sand bunkering, and modest greens. From the white tees it plays 5,770 yards, 69.1/112, course/slope ratings, designed by Alex Welch in the 1930s.
