Island View Golf Club is 30 minutes west of Minneapolis in Waconia on the east shore of Lake Waconia off Rt 5 to Island View Road.

It's a scenic layout in an isolated setting meandering along tree lined fairways over rolling terrain with five ponds in play and 40+ sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the greens. It can play to 6,565 yards from the tips, 71.8/135, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Bill Kidd Sr. and George Oftelie in the early 1960s.
