Magnolia Landing is in North Fort Myers north of Del Prado between US 41 and I-75 adjoining the Prairie Pines Preserve on the east border.

The layout is within a residential community along unique and isolated fairways dominated by water hazards potentially on 16 holes. In addition to the aqua, it's littered with pot and conventional sand bunkers and long waste areas as it flows along broad fairways bordered by homes over level topography. There's five sets of tees from 4,741 yards to 7,265 yards off the back tees with the middle, green tees at 6,017 yards, 69.4/119, course/slope ratings, designed by Gordon Lewis.
