Eagle's Landing is located in Oregon on the east side of Toledo on Bay Shore Road, bordering Lake Erie within a residential community.

The layout is a links-style design along broad fairways subject to the constant winds off the Lake. Water is in play on half the holes, and there are 70+ sand bunkers around the landing areas and generous greens. The golf course, designed by Brian Huntley, plays to 6,840 yards from the championship tees, 72.7/130 course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
