The Brooks Golf Club is part of the Arrowhead Resort on Lake Lake Okoboji in Spirit Lake with 27 holes, the Yellow, Blue, and White nines.

The layouts are generally parkland style designs winding along tree lined fairways although a number of holes on the Yellow and White nines have wide open, links style elements. There's numerous streams, ponds, and lakes in play primarily on the White/Yellow nines in addition to a modest amount of sand bunkers generally defending the greens and the occasional fairway. The White is longest at 3,434 yards, Blue at 3,371 yards, and the Yellow at 3,187 yards from the tips with three shorter sets of tees. Course/Slope ratings for the various rotations from the tips: Yellow/Blue-70.7/123, course/slope ratings; White/Yellow-71.1/122; Blue/White-71.7/123. The original 18 holes opened in the early 1930s and designed by Val Brooks with the additional nine holes added in the 1990s.
