The Brooks Golf Club is part of the Arrowhead Resort on Lake Okoboji in Spirit Lake, with 27 holes, the Yellow, Blue, and White nines.

The layouts are generally parkland-style, winding along tree-lined fairways, though several holes on the Yellow and White nines feature wide-open, links-style elements. There are numerous streams, ponds, and lakes in play, primarily on the White/Yellow nines, in addition to a modest amount of sand bunkers defending the greens and the occasional fairway. The White is longest at 3,434 yards, Blue at 3,371 yards, and the Yellow at 3,187 yards from the tips, with three shorter sets of tees. Course/Slope ratings for the various rotations from the tips: Yellow/Blue-70.7/123, course/slope ratings; White/Yellow-71.1/122; Blue/White-71.7/123. The original 18 holes opened in the early 1930s and were designed by Val Brooks, with the additional nine holes added in the 1990s.
