Bakker Crossing Golf Course is 15 minutes south of Sioux Falls off I-29 at 273rd Street to the east within a residential community.

The layout is a wide open, links-style design along mounded fairways over level terrain. There's an assortment of blind shots and odd lies accompanied by multiple water hazards, sand traps, and of course the wind, which always seems to be in play. It was designed by Donn Hill in 2002 with redesign work by Ken Norby in 2014, and is a par 71 layout, 6,901 yards from the tips, the, middle, white tees are 5,957 yards, 69.8/111, course/slope ratings.
