Angeles National is just off the Foothill Freeway at Sunland to the north at Foothill Blvd at the base of the Angeles National Forest and Big Tujunaga Creek.

The golf course is a desert style layout journeying over a large, natural tract of land with unique and isolated fairways. There's several ponds and a creek in play with pot, conventional, and waste sand bunkers defending the fairway landing zones and greens. It plays to an overall length of 7,141 yards, 74.4/140, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees, a Steve Nicklaus design.
