There are 3-9-hole layouts winding through the well-developed residential community. It features multiple ponds and mitigation areas, slight doglegs, and a generous amount of sand traps over mounded fairways. There are 6-tees from 2,300 to 3,500 yards, South/West White tees play to 6,043 yards, 71.1/126, course/slope ratings; West/North, 5,995 yards, 68.8/124, course/slope; North/South, 6,041 yards, 70.1/125, designed by Gary Stephenson.
