Wildflower Golf Course is located in Northwest Minnesota about 10 minutes southwest of Detroit Lakes on the north side of Pelican Lake, 45 minutes from Fargo.

The course is a links style layout, known as "Prairie Links" here, and features 100 feet change in elevation. The broad fairways are lined with tall, native grasses lined with sand traps leading to massive green complexes defended by sand bunkers. It was designed by Joel Goldstrand and is 7,000 yards from the black tees, 74.6/133, course/slope ratings with four shorter tee boxes.
