Wild Rock is on the south side of The Dells just south of Lake Delton off I-94 at the US 12 exit to the east.

The layout is just west of the Wisconsin River and provides occasional views of the Baraboo Bluffs' quartzite cliffs. The course was developed over a scenic and rugged tract of land in the Dells which formerly was a quarry. The fairways carry along the ridge lines and mounds of the quarry and through heavily forested, rolling terrain bordered by a stream with a generous amount and variety of sand bunkers throughout. It was designed by Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry in 2006 and plays to 7,414 yards, 76.5/141, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter sets of tees.

You may also want to save time to play the Woods Course at Wild Rock. It's also known as The Gambler and is a par 3 layout with impressive elevation change and includes an island green.
