Westchester is a 27 hole layout in a residential community south of Boynton Beach Blvd between the Turnpike and I-95.

As with most Florida development courses, water is the dominant feature and in play on almost every hole but the landing areas off the tee tend to be open for the most part. The terrain is mostly level but mounded with over 100 sand bunkers intersecting the fairways and defending the greens. The three nines, yardages and course/slope ratings for the various rotations are Red-3,347 yards; Blue-3,425 yards; Gold-3,310 yards, from the tips with with four shorter tees. The Gold/Red combination is 71.7/140, course/slope ratings; Red/Blue, 72.3/143; Blue/Gold, 72.2/142, designed by Karl Litten.
