TPC Colorado is an hour north of downtown Denver, off US 287 and Bearthoud Parkway to the north and west.

The layout is within an upscale residential community and features a wide open, generally straightforward design with views over several reservoirs and the Rocky Mountains to the west. It features conventional and revetted sand bunkers with fescue-lined fairways and massive green complexes. The tips can play to an enormous 7,991 yards, 76.9/140, course/slope ratings with six shorter tees boxes, the blue tees will play to 6,141 yards, 68.8/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Schaupeter.
