Town & Country is 20 minutes east of Wilmington and 40 minutes southeast of Philadelphia on the east side of Woodstown.

The layout is generally wide open with stands of trees at the broad fairways borders. It's an interesting and engaging layout with seven ponds in play, an inventive deployment of sand bunkers, and especially toughens with the wind whipping across the open land. It's was designed by Carl Gaskill at 6,496 yards, 71.0/125, course/slope ratings from the back tees with four shorter tees.
