The Towhee Club is about 45 minutes south of downtown Nashville off I-65 to the exit at Kedron Road then west to the golf course.

The layout is along broad, contoured and mounded fairways with stands of mature, hardwood trees at the borders. There's numerous water in play with Rutherford and Aenon Creeks on a number of holes as well as a couple of ponds, and sand bunkers defend the landing zones and contoured green complexes. There's four sets of tees from 4,658 from the front tees to 6,807 yards from the tips, the Champion tees are 6,238 yards, 69.7/124, course/slope ratings, designed by Arnold Palmer.
