The Rookery is available to guests of the Marriott on Marco Island and located a few miles south of downtown Naples off the Tamiami Trail.

The course is a certified Audubon Sanctuary wandering through natural wetlands and mitigation areas in an upscale residential development. The layout has wide, forgiving fairways but well guarded approaches to generous greens. There's a series of waterways, lakes, ponds, and marshes throughout with a number of forced carries depending on the tee box you select. It is 7,180 yards, 75.2/145, course/slope ratings from the back tees with four shorter sets of tees. The course was originally designed by Joe Lee in 1991, re-designed in 2003 by Robert Cupp Jr, and further design work by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy.
