The Mill golf course is in Winton Woods Park, which is part of the Hamilton County Parks System and is on the north side of Cincinnati off I-275 at Winton.

The layout is very interesting and straightforward but not overly penal. It has a mix of open and narrow, tree-lined fairways, a half-dozen holes with water, moderate use of sand bunkers, and generous greens. It's a par 71, 6,376 yards from the black tees, 70.0/120, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, redesigned and updated by Dr. Michael Hurdzan in the mid-1990s.
