Cimarron Trails is an hour north of Oklahoma City or an hour west of Tulsa in Perkins.

The golf course was developed as part of a residential community with homes bordering the exterior holes. The broad fairways are defined by mature oak trees featuring five holes with water hazards in play and a liberal amount of sand bunkers at the landing zones and guarding the greens. It was designed by Kevin Benedict in the early 1990s with four sets of tees from 5,128 yards to 6,959 yards, the white tees are 6,023 yards, 66.4/107, course/slope ratings.
