The Course at Aberdeen is located in Valparaiso on the southwest side of town off Rt 2 about an hour from The Loop.

The layout is partially bordering a residential community and a parkland style design with several holes providing more of a links-style feel. It ambles over relatively level land with water hazards or wetlands in play on 14 holes and the fairways bordered by tall heather rough with sand traps positioned along the fairways and greens. It was designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan, and is 6,917 yards, 73.0/134, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter tees.
