Tamahka Trails is part of the Paragon Resort and Casino, about 30 minutes south of Alexandria on Route 1.

The course provides an interesting blend of holes with several tree-lined or bordered, while others are open and links-style. It has a little of everything, including right-to-left and left-to-right doglegs, an abundance of sand bunkers, rolling hills and level terrain, several water hazards, and blind shots. From the back tees, it's 6,996 yards, 73.1/132, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Steve Smyers.
