Sycamore Springs is 9 miles south of Findlay, just off US 68, surrounded by farmland.

The golf course is over level terrain along a combination of broad and narrow fairway corridors. There's a small stream that traverses five holes and two lakes that come into play on potentially five holes, with fewer than 15 sand traps positioned around the greens. There are tees ranging from 4,212 to 6,670 yards; the Blue tees are 6,208 yards, with 69.4/120 course/slope ratings, designed by Scotty Wilson.
