Sterling Farms is an upscale, municipal golf course in Stamford just off the Merritt Parkway at the High Ridge exit then east to Newfield Ave.

It's a parkland style design without housing or development along the holes and is characterized by old growth, tree lined fairways over slightly rolling terrain. There's numerous water features, slight doglegs, and well bunkered fairways and greens. There's five sets of tees with the tips playing to 6,651 yards, 72.5/132, course/slope ratings, originally designed by Geoffrey Cornish in the 1960s with redesign work by Robert McNeil in 2005.
