San Ignacio is located on the south side of Green Valley off I-19 to the west in a residential development.

The layout winds through the community along broad fairways, with desert terrain along the borders, including five holes along Esperanza Wash and three with water features. It's scenic overall, with the elevation changes providing views of Mount Wrightson and the desert valley. There are tees from 5,158 to 6,772 yards; the white tees play to 5,902 yards, 67.5/119, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Hills.
