Royal New Kent is located between Williamsburg and Richmond off I-64 in Providence Forge.

RNK is characterized as an Irish Links layout tumbling over and around massive dunes through humps and hollows along fairways bordered by unkempt, natural areas. While the broad fairways off the tee provide comfortable driving lanes, the 105 sand bunkers and intricate green complexes provide for a strategic layout from fairway to green. There's six sets of tees overall with the white tees playing to 6,195 yards, 71.1/142, course/slope ratings, designed by Mike Strantz.
