Rosedale is at the northeast quadrant of I-75 and FL 70 on the east side of Brandon.

The layout was developed as part of an upscale residential community. It moves over level terrain, along moss-draped oak and pine trees, and through mitigation and wooded areas, with water hazards in play on 13 holes and +/-50 sand traps. There are tees from 5,064 to 6,714 yards at the tips; the White tees play to 5,882 yards, 69.3/118, course/slope ratings, designed by Ted McAnlis.
