Rocky Point is a municipal golf course 15 miles east of Baltimore on Hawks Cove and the Black River of the Chesapeake Bay.

The layout is carved through a clearing in the deep woods on the Bay over level terrain. The fairways are defined by mature hardwoods and dotted with ponds and wetlands with sand bunkers defending the generous greens and the occasional landing zone off the tee. It will play to 6,683 yards, 72.3/125, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Russell Roberts.
