The Robert Trent Jones Sr. course at Palmetto Dunes is a low-country style design through the forests and wetlands with one hole on the Atlantic.

It's a difficult layout along broad fairways with lakes or wetlands on over half the holes and well-bunkered both in the landing areas and surrounding the greens. It's mostly straightforward, though at 7,005 yards, 74.7/137, course/slope ratings from the tips with five shorter tees, renovated by Roger Rulewich.
