Rich Spring Golf Club is midway between Cold Spring and Richmond on the north side of the Richmond Chain of Lakes.

The golf course was developed as a community effort in the 1960s in conjunction with a residential real estate development with homes bordering just a few holes. Otherwise, it's a parkland design over level terrain, with broad fairways defined by trees, 25 sand bunkers, and ponds in play on five holes. There are tees from 5,087 to 6,687 yards; the White tees are 6,014 yards, 69.7/131, course/slope ratings, designed by Tim Murphy.
