The Pete Dye River Course is Virginia Tech's home course between Blacksburg and Radford off I-81 in Southwest Virginia.

The golf course is along the banks of the New River for some 2 1/2 miles. It is a combination of links and parkland-style design in a spectacular setting interrupted by an assortment of pot bunkers and water features. From the tips, the course is a long 7,685 yards, 77.5/147, course/slope ratings with four shorter sets of tees.
