The Pearl is located in North Myrtle Beach in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area with 27 holes.

The East layout is mostly level with slight fairway undulations and mounding, water or marsh from the Calabash River in play, a generous amount of sand bunkers, and raised, mid-sized greens. The North Nine has a linked feel as it moves along massive fairway corridors and generous green complexes. The West, with a stunning finish along the Calabash River, is an open design without many trees in play but water and/or marsh on most holes, along with substantial sand bunkering at the landing areas and greenside.
