Owl's Nest is about an hour north of Concord off I-93 at Exit 29 just east of the exit ramp in a residential, resort development on the south side of the Pemigewasset River.

The course provides a combination holes with open, links-style and those through meadows while others are tree lined with moderate change in elevation. There's numerous slight doglegs, it's well bunkered through the fairways and greens, and there's six holes where water's in play. The course is 6,818 yards off the rear tees, 73.3/133, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Mark Mungeam in 1988 with a Jack Nicklaus redesign.
